7. Warranty and Limitations

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. However:

  • We cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings
  • Website performance may be affected by factors outside our control
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

  • Payment is due for all work completed
  • We will provide work-in-progress files upon payment
  • Refunds are calculated based on work completed

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
